July 16, 2024 - As a reminder, all waivers associated with the collapse of the Key Bridge are now expired. Motor carriers previously taking advantage FMCSA's hours of service extensions and exemptions from the electronic logging device rule must follow normal rules as of today. Additionally, carriers traveling out of state to surrounding ports to pick up freight must have IFTA decals and apportioned vehicle registrations under IRP.
