While rush hour gridlocks can be annoying and inconvenient, road rage incidents actually peak just before rush hour, when traffic is moving quickly and swift lane changes are more frequent. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL

Defusing tense situations often comes down to managing your response to others—and keeping yourself from becoming the object of someone else’s anger. Practice safe driving habits, and follow these tips:
